For all britconn.com marketplace orders:

If your product was purchased from our britconn.com marketplace, you have three days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Everybody changes their mind, and its no problem if you decide you no longer want the item.

In order to claim your refund, you must present your official britconn.com receipt and order ID. All refund payments will be made directly back to the account used to purchase the item.

If your item is Dead-On-Arrival, is the wrong item, or there has been an order error, you must notify us within three days of receipt of your items. You must provide proof of order error or proof of damage before we can issue your refund.

For all britconn.com personal requested orders and forwarded orders:

For all orders that have been custom made, we unfortunately do not accept any returns if you have decided to simply change your mind about the item(s).

This is because the item(s) that were ordered were purchased directly by you from a third-party supplier.

The only instances in which we will accept a return on a custom or forwarded item(s) is if the order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item(s) than those you requested to be shipped out to you.

However, britconn.com always reserves the right to decide if a refund should be issued for personal requested and forwarded item(s) on a case by case basis.

As with all orders, you have three days from receipt of your purchase to initiate a return.


About Warranties & Guarantees


Britconn.com works with hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers to provide the products we do on our marketplace.

As such, each supplier or manufacturer may decide to issue a warranty on their item(s) according to their company policy. Some suppliers may or may not decide to offer warranties on items that are exported out of the UK, or the EU.

In the event that a supplier or manufacturer of our marketplace listed products offers a guarantee, the customer must bear the shipping costs of bringing the item back to the supplier in the UK or EU if he/she wishes to make use of the guarantee/warranty offered.

Britconn.com will do its best to help all our customers activate any warranty or guarantee offered by the supplier, but we cannot promise that we can help you secure a warranty or guarantee from suppliers who refuse to uphold warranties on goods that are exported.

For all enquiries regarding warranties & guarantees, kindly remember that we deal with all requests on a case by case basis. Until we can obtain your product details, its relevant model and serial numbers, and supplier information, we cannot decide on the best method of action to activate your product’s warranty.
